How to reset a forgotten password in JumpLMS

If you can’t remember your JumpLMS password, you can request a secure password reset from your portal login page.

This guide explains how to reset a forgotten password using the email address registered to your JumpLMS account.

How to reset a forgotten password

1. From your portal login page, https://yourportalname.jumplms.com, click the Forgot your password? link.

2. Enter the email address registered to your JumpLMS portal.

3. JumpLMS will send an email to that address with instructions for setting a new password.

4. Open the password reset email and click the link provided.

5. Enter your new password on the password reset page.

Once your new password has been saved, you can use it to log back in to your JumpLMS portal.
