How to send a message to everyone on your JumpLMS portal

JumpLMS lets you send a message to all active Learners on your portal.

This is useful for announcements, reminders, policy updates, course information and any message that needs to reach everyone.

How to send a message to everyone on your portal

  1. Click the Notifications button.

  2. Click New message.

  3. Open the To dropdown list.

  4. Select Everyone from the list.

  5. Select how you want to send the message. You can choose:

    • Message is sent as an email
    • Message is sent to Notifications
  6. Add a Subject.

  7. Compose your message.

  8. Click Send.

The message will be sent to all active Learners on your portal.
